The 7-Day "Burn-In" Period

We believe you should pay only for value. That's why we offer a "No Questions Asked" refund, but with a specific protocol designed to ensure you actually tried the system.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To prevent abuse of our intellectual property and server resources, refunds are processed ONLY if:

  • You have attended the program for the first 7 days.
  • You have attempted/completed at least 5 simulation labs (we check the logs).
  • You submit the refund request between Day 8 and Day 10 from the batch start date.

Why this rule? We want serious learners. If you try the system and it doesn't work for you, we respect that. But we don't support "window shopping" that blocks seats for others.

2. Refund Process

Email [email protected] with subject "REFUND REQUEST".

Our team validates your attendance and lab logs (takes 24 hours).

If eligible, refund is initiated to your original payment method.

Funds reflect in your bank account within 5-7 business days.

3. Deductions

A flat 10% processing fee may be deducted to cover payment gateway charges and server provisioning costs incurred during your first week.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any "Fast-Track" or "VVIP" add-ons purchased separately.
  • Requests made after Day 10 of the batch.
  • Users banned for violating our Code of Conduct (harassment, plagiarism).

Our goal is your mastery. If the program isn't the right fit, we want to part ways amicably and fairly.
